We at AiviouVape are pleased to offer a 7-day return policy. This means that from the day you receive your item, you have seven days to initiate a return request if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the condition it was received—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item to ensure quick processing.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers

For customers in the European Union, we provide a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the refund approval status. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to complete the refund.
