We’ll also be honest: this year wasn’t perfect.
There were occasional shipment delays, payment hiccups, and isolated product quality issues that were outside of our direct control.

What matters is how we respond.

When issues came up, we handled them patiently and responsibly—through refunds, faster re-shipments, upgraded logistics, and clear communication. In the end, 99% of issues were fully resolved, and many customers received more than they originally expected.
