This section explains how AIVIOU VAPES at aiviouvapes.com handles Google user data when you choose the optional Google sign-in feature provided through Nextend Social Login. It applies specifically to Google sign-in data; the general references to promotions elsewhere in this policy do not authorize using Google sign-in data for marketing.
Data we access and why
When you authorize Google sign-in, we receive the following basic Google account information:
- Google account identifier: to identify your Google account and associate it with your website account.
- Email address: to create or link your website account and identify you when you sign in.
- First and last name: to populate your website account profile.
- Profile picture: to provide your website profile avatar.
We use this information to create or link your AIVIOU VAPES account, authenticate you and display your website profile. Nextend may refresh this profile information when you register, sign in or link your Google account. Google sign-in is for account registration and authentication only. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. Google handles your Google password; we do not receive it.
Storage and protection
Your name, email address and avatar are stored with your WordPress website account. The Google account identifier is stored to link your Google identity to that account. Our current Nextend configuration does not store Google access tokens. Data is transmitted to our website over HTTPS, and access to stored account information is controlled through WordPress account permissions.
Sharing and limits on use
We do not sell, rent or use Google sign-in data for advertising, marketing profiles or AI model training. We do not disclose or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. Website hosting and technical service providers may process this information only as needed to operate and support the website account and sign-in features. We may also disclose information where required by law. Google sign-in data is not provided to shipping partners merely because you use Google sign-in; information you separately supply to place an order is handled under the order-related provisions of this policy.
Retention and deletion
We retain Google-derived account and profile information while your website account remains active and as needed to provide the account and sign-in features. To request access, correction or deletion of this information or your website account, email [email protected] from your account email address. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a request. When the information is no longer needed for these purposes, or an account deletion request is completed, we delete it unless retention is necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Any separately held order or transaction records that must be retained for those reasons are not used to continue Google sign-in.
Revoking Google access
You can remove the AIVIOU VAPES connection through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access through that connection but does not automatically delete your website account or information already stored with it. To delete the stored information, contact us as described above. Choosing Google sign-in does not subscribe you to promotional emails.
