Why Choose AIVIOU VAPE

La verdad este pedido a sido un desastre, mucho tiempo de espera, lo pedí el 18 de septiembre y me llegaron el 8 de octubre (cuando de normal tardaba máximo 1 semana el de 5%)
Pedí SABORES MIXTOS ALEATORIOS 50 unidades y me llegaron 5 cajas de un sabor de cada (10 vapers de 1 sabor, otros 10 vapers de otro sabor etc)
También problemas con la empresa de transporte, no me lo llegaron a acercar a mi casa, lo dejaron en una tienda cerca de mi casa que es punto de recogida SIN AVISARME NI NADA POR EL ESTILO y como no sabía dónde estaba mi paquete tuve que llamar a atención al cliente (la empresa era UPS) y también para contactar con ellos una odisea… eso sí, salieron 4 defectuosos y me los devolvieron.
Seguiré haciendo pedidos pero espero q sean más atentos a las notas de los clientes

The service was great, the vape is good in general, just a few flaws that the battery drains pretty fast and when recharging the battery heats up, which gives a burnt flavor after.

The entire order process was easy and intuitive. Payment possibilities are also more than adequate. The insane amount of purchase able vapes was astonishing. The prices of the vapes are also very competitive and one cannot say anything negative about that at all. One would really profit from buying here as opposed to somewhere else because if one decides to purchase a large amount of vapes - say at the least 50-100 vapes as in doing so you would save a lot of money purchasing a large amount. The only negative is the amount of time it took to receive my order. The Vapes were sent on the 14.09.2025, unfortunately they only arrived on the 02.10.2025. I don't really understand this seeing that it mentions that the company has a warehouse here in Germany. Also the senders Adress stated that it was sent from Germany. If you guys can sort out the long delivery times then you would definately be the non plus ultra Adress on the Internet where everyone would be able to purchase an insanely wide variety of high quality vapes at an awesome price deliverable within a week. You guys would be the top Adress for people wanting to buy wholesale vapes at awesomely competitive prices with lightning fast shipping. Please please sort that out or use another logistics company or change/optimise your logistics setup to at least handle the European customers. As I have said before I would assume that your customer base in Europe is a very important base and it would be the one where you would be able to sort that out relatively easily
