The product is okay, thank you very much, but the packaging could be more solid. One layer of transparent tape isn't enough. Dies war meine zweite Bestellung. Jetzt etwas über Geschmack: Es gibt 6 verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen, keine Kombinationen, die ich mag. Diese gelbe hat wirklich gute Geschmacksrichtungen und alle sind gut (aber das hängt von Ihnen ab). Im Nachgeschmack spürt man einen Hauch von "Kälte", was schön ist. Der Puff hält lange an. Nur eine Warnung für Eis: wenn Sie Eis bestellen, wird es hart treffen und Sie sollten ziemlich vorsichtig damit sein, zum Beispiel, wenn Sie Eis ein für Gaming-Session rauchen, am nächsten Morgen können Sie Halsschmerzen bekommen. Bis jetzt habe ich grün und gelb getestet. Würde ich sie empfehlen? Ja, natürlich. Werde ich wieder bestellen.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service from Aiviou Vape. I experienced a 66% failure rate on my order: one device was depleted far too quickly, and another was “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) with a burnt taste from the very first puff.
The support team’s response was completely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging a technical defect or a faulty coil, they tried to dismiss the issue as a “subjective experience” or a matter of personal taste. They claimed the only reason for a burnt taste is empty liquid, completely ignoring the reality of manufacturing defects in brand-new units.
It is clear that this company does not stand behind its products. If you encounter a hardware failure, do not expect any accountability or a fair solution. Avoid this shop if you value reliable service and functional hardware.
